Hugo, Minnesota (Under Construction)

The 5,300 square foot building consists of 2,960 square feet of bank space and 1,170 square feet of space for an adjacent tenant. The building was carefully designed to fit into its residential context through the use of a modern prairie style design with shallow pitch roof forms, big overhangs, and careful building orientation to orient the bank inward towards the residential neighborhood. The interior has been designed to create a sense of openness, transparency, and welcoming feeling for bank customers. Construction completion February 2024.
