Rochester, Minnesota

As the name suggests, Quarry Ridge is located on the edge of a former quarry in Rochester, Minnesota. The location gave inspiration to the textures of the materials and the art selected for the project. 10K Architecture designed space to relocate the leasing office into the clubhouse. This move left space for three additional living units for the apartment community in the former leasing office location. The entirety of the clubhouse was remodeled from formerly dark dated spaces into a light and airy environment which elevates the first impression of future residents.
