10K Architecture worked with Launch Properties on the redevelopment of an outlot site at City Center Marketplace in Woodbury. An existing restaurant building was demolished to make room for two freestanding buildings. 10K Architecture worked with the Owner and civil engineer to maximize the buildable area of the site allowing for 5,000 square feet of rentable space for two restaurant tenants. The buildings were designed to be complimentary to each other, using simple forms and a neutral contemporary material palette.
