Not only does the co-work space offer the tenants private offices, open offices and conference rooms, but it also boasts robust warehouse and manufacturing areas serving the tenants prototyping, manufacturing and logistical needs. Transom windows allow enclosed spaces to borrow light from adjacent rooms and offer a feeling of openness while maintaining privacy. Care was taken to address acoustical concerns through enhanced wall partitions, materials and acoustical accessories.
