10K Architecture worked with Fox Realty to convert a prior drycleaner space into a retail store and real estate office for Fox Realty and Foxwell. The design included an exterior refresh and complete interior remodel to better align with our client’s brand. The architecture of the modern spaces were designed to be minimalist, allowing the clients products and furniture to shine. The office concept incorporates a variety of working spaces, all with an abundance of natural light and an open feel.
