10K Architecture worked with the owner to renovate the common areas and leasing offices at an apartment complex in Cherry Creek, a suburb of Denver, Colorado. In addition to the dated decor, the prior space was not functional for apartment leasing, office operations, and residents use of amenity spaces. The newly designed spaces include work from home rooms, the leasing office, a grand clubroom with kitchen and living spaces, and a pub room. Daylight is maximized through the use of glass and maximizing ceiling heights. The design features unique custom elements including a chain link curtain accent wall, blackened steel fireplace, and custom built-ins. In addition to the architectural design 10K assisted with interior design including furniture and accessories selections.
