Regency Park is an apartment community owned by a publicly traded real estate company. 10K Architecture worked closely with the Owner to design and renovate the building amenity spaces including the lobby, leasing offices, community room, and fitness room. A maker’s space was created from an existing dark and dated office space. The project goals were to modernize the space, improve functionality, and to create an open, airy feel throughout. 10K Architecture worked closely with the Owner to develop a phased strategy that allowed leasing and management activities to continue, while minimizing disruption to existing building tenants.
