10K Architecture was hired to refine and implement Shine Wealth’s vision for a new office space. The design flips the traditional corporate office model layout by shifting private offices to the interior, thus allowing common areas and open work areas to have more access to natural light. Also, rather than place the break room towards the back of the space, the break room becomes a part of a communal lobby with a lounge, coffee bar, and full kitchen. The design aesthetic feels sophisticated, warm, inviting, and bright.
