10K Architecture worked closely with the complex owner on the design of this new clubhouse building for the Southfork Townhome Community. It was important to the owner that the building blend seamlessly into the existing surrounds. The program includes a community room, leasing offices, restrooms, work rooms, and an outdoor poolside patio. Design emphasis was placed on creating a welcoming “home away from home” for the residents. This was achieved through careful selection of comfortable furniture, a warm and inviting material palette, and careful programming of the space to create both intimate and communal spaces.
