10K Architecture collaborated with a talented design team to design the common areas for a new apartment building in Northeast Minneapolis. Located in the historic Northeast Minneapolis Arts District, the Huxley has been designed to have an edgy, yet refined industrial aesthetic. The common areas will feature artwork, furniture, lighting fixtures, and tile from local artists and craftsman. Common areas designed by 10K and partners included a pub, co-work space, conference room, offices, lobby, fitness room, dog wash, and roof deck areas.
