The apartment building, originally built in 1959, needed a remodel to the resident amenity spaces located on the top floor. The height of the building offers these spaces exceptional views of Minneapolis and Lake Bde Maka Sak. The design team arranged the layout of the community room and roof deck to capitalize on these stunning views. The interiors incorporate midcentury elements while mixing in an air of whimsy.
